Information Collection In the course of providing elite service coaching, we collect the following: Client Contact Information: Name, business email, and phone number for scheduling and coordination. Digital Data: For Zoom-based coaching, we may collect session metadata. Recordings are only made with explicit client consent for internal training review. Payment Data: Secure processing information for coaching investments ($222/hr, $150/person, etc.). 2. Use of Information The information gathered is used exclusively to: Tailor the "blueprint" for elite communication and conflict resolution specific to your business. Facilitate role-play scenarios and real-time feedback for physical and digital groups. Implement high-level systems that ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the "Empire Standard." Manage billing for introductory rates and workshop flat fees. 3.
