This applies to: New Ventures: Structuring a business from the ground up, including entity selection guidance, foundational setup, and strategic market positioning. Existing Companies: A full audit and restructuring of your current business model to identify inefficiencies and prepare the company for sustainable growth and expansion. 2. Client Responsibilities To achieve a “Certified Rich” standard, the client agrees to: Full Disclosure: Provide accurate and complete information regarding current business filings, financial standing, and operational challenges. Timely Implementation: Results depend on execution. Clients are responsible for filing official documents and applying the structural changes outlined in their roadmap. 3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure We respect the “Empire” you are building. All proprietary ideas, business strategies, and sensitive information shared during the mentorship are strictly confidential. Certified Rich Empire will not disclose any client information to third parties without express written consent. 4. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes While this mentorship provides professional frameworks used for business positioning and expansion, Certified Rich Empire does not guarantee specific approvals, awards, or revenue outcomes. Success is dependent on market conditions and client execution. 5. Scheduling & Cancellations Consultations: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our booking system. Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited session. 6.
